I have recently moved houses and brought my computer along with me, however my card has started to constantly crash when I login and on the logon.

Black dots start to appear on the screen, it starts to flicker black and then says the driver has crashed but constantly does it.

I have tried changing drivers and have made sure everything is plugged in and fine but to no avail.

Everything seems to work fine in safe mode without any crashes or flickers/dots aswell.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Is there anything that can be done or is it gone now?

Well then your card is pretty much dead......Consider buying a new one

I think you missunderstood. I am suggesting you take your GPU heatsink off the PCB. Sometimes the gpu heatsink can become loose or get clogged with dust.

Given how old the card is, I would prolly just replace it with a Nvidia GTX 650 or better.
