It might bottleneck a little in a few cpu intensive games like skyrim and starcraft II but in most games I think you'll be fine

In my opinion, yes.

most 8320 overclock to 4.2 with stock voltage, got mine there with 1.33v

If i overclock that 8320 will it outperform an 8350? Im getting an extreme4 970fx mobo btw

8320 is basically an underclocked 8350. If you reach higher core speed than the 8350, yes it will be faster.

remember to get an aftermarket cooler too, like an hyper 212 evo.

edit : 8350 will reach higher clocks tho, but i dont think that 300-400mhz is worth +50$

Also, since this is my first build. I can remove a stock cooler without damaging the cpu right? I tried removing a cooler from an old pc a few weeks ago and broke a bunch of pins on the cpu.

When you get the cpu, it doesnt have the heatsink attached to it.
