Can I upgrade the Dell Inspiron 560 with this specs?

Yes, you can upgrade and as mentioned earlier in one of the post, I think it might fit but not sure about the length. The motherboard and processor is compatible and they will work pretty good. If you need more performance then add SSD and upgrade to 8GB / 16GB of memory using DDR3-1600MHz modules. If you need 4GB or 8GB modules then check the following sites:

Crucial or Newegg or Amazon.
