Hello All, I would appreciate if anyone could guide me here

1st of all my system

Intel® Core™ i7-4770K Processor + CORSAIR H100i CPU Cooler
Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD4H LGA 1150 Motherboard
CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3 1600 CL9
Western Digital - Caviar Black 1TB 64MB Cache (Data Storage)
ASUS GTX 670 DirectCU II 2GB GDDR5
SeaSonic M12II 620W 80 PLUS

2nd My needs: 100GB for OS. / 150GB for Gaming

Option 1# SSD 250GB with two partitions (C:\SYSTEM)(D:\Games)

Option 2# Two SSD 120GB. one for system and the other for gaming

Option 3# Two SSD 120GB in "RAID-0" with two partitions same as first one

Please note: I don't care about losing data but i care about stability and performance and life span of the SSD

So which of this scenarios is better !

There is no reason to partition your drive. One 250GB, is good.
Your drive will automatically write to lesser used areas in order to maintain lifespan.

I have a Crucial M4 for OS and selected programs, and it works perfectly.

i will partition my drive to avoid backing up my games in case of system crash that's why i wanna separate my games from my system

Your other option, #2 will work quite well too. I have 2 x 128. One for the OS and most applications, and the other for other stuff.

The only reason I have two, though, is because I got them rather cheap in the run up to christmas last year.

mhmm, well if it's not going to improve the gameplay i don't mind wait 20 sec instead of 10 loading ! even the system start and shutdown time i don't care really!

I guess i stick with my black WD HDD and save my money for a better GPU ! maybe buy additional HDD and raid them for better performance would be enough

Yes. That will work perfectly. The system will overall be a lot snappier, and you retain the size of the HDD for games and such.
I'd never build another primary system without an SSD.

This is the available 120/128GB SSD models in my country

OCZ Vertex 4 128GB 115$
Adata XPG SX900 128GB 128$
Samsung 840 128GB 128$
Kingston SSDNow V300 120GB 128$
Team Xtreem S3 Pro 120GB (MLC) 157$
Corsair Neutron GTX 120GB 170$
Samsung 840 PRO Series 128GB 180$
OCZ Vector VTR1-25SAT3 128GB MLC 180$

I am on limited budget so appreciate pick at least two good SSD from the above list. and if the above 120$ models worth it i can buy them "BUT only IF Worth the extra 50$"

I know the Samsung Pro one of the best SSD in this list but will i notice any real time performance vs. the others!
