You need to list full system specs as well as the resolution and settings you are playing at. As said already, "minimum" or even close to that, would not get you a good experience. Look for "recomended" specs for the game, that is about where you need to be for hardware. That is generally a generation or 2 over the minimum.

It worked awesome on my core 2 duo T6600, GTX 8200m 512mb, 2GB RAM. Your specs cant be worse than this, might be driver issue or damaged hardware if your have better specs.
