hyper 212 evo + i5 3570k temps

i just installed a hyper 212 evo on my 3570k with push config..
my cabinet has one front intake and one rear exhaust
This is my core temp readings during p95 test (blend test some of everything) for 35 minutes:
Core #0 :61
Core #1 :63
Core #2 :62
Core #3 :64
is my cpu temp normal ?

no thats not the max temp ..those are the temps which keep changing in the core temp..
my idle temp are 31 30 34 40..

i used the cooler master thermal paste which came with the hyper 212 evo
i didnt use isopropyl to clean the old paste just cleaned it with a dry cleaning cloth.
i didnt oc my cpu and i have a gtx 650 ti boost blowing air towards psu
Edit : im worried about my idle temps ..i think they are too high ..
Should i reinstall the heatsink ?

what are the normal idle temps u people get with hyper 212 evo on 3570k?
i uninstalled the heatsink to check whether there is any leakage to the socket and reinstalled the heatsink again does this affect the temperature?
