I'd drop the H100 and consider running the stock cooler. Maybe get a coolermaster hyper 212+ or whatever it's called this month for ~$30 if planning on running a mild OC (I have a 2500k at 4.4GHz no heat issue on the CM212). Though this is something that can easily be added later... might not be a bad thing to setup the system at stock speeds and make sure everything works and when you have another $30-50 drop in the upgraded cooler.

You also want to get 2 sticks of ram, the dual channel mode needs two matching sticks in the paired slots on the Motherboard to work. Dual channel mode doubles bandwith between ram and mobo. Either get 2x4GB for about the same $ or spend more for a matching 8GB stick.

Nope, many air coolers even beat more expensive liquid cooler. As for VGA, depends on your budget and the pricing there. The PSU is quite overkill also, unless you want to run 2 super strong VGA in the future ( like 2 GTX780 ) then you'd better be settled with a good 500/550w PSU instead. With the saved money from downgrading those parts ( h100 to a hyper 212 EVO and a least overkill PSU ), you should be able to get a GTX660 or even better VGA cards.
