LOL! Did you read that Nvidia article about it? Talking about how one of the interns designed it back when gk110 was held together by paper clips. They made it sound so complete and so epic. Hopefully they allow us to use it WITHOUT having to download nvidia update (geforce experience)

All this NON enthusiast PC stuff nvidia isn't doing is starting to bother me. Can't wait to see Red team Vs Green team when the clock Tick's...

I'm already saving for what i'll replace my sli-titans with. I'm excited about the rumors about 8000 series, Word is AMD got the jump on the next gddr step up.

Are you JOKING, or are you actually planning to replace your Titans with AMD HD8000 cards?

You seem serious, so I was wondering what your reasons were. NVIDIA's SLI support is better than Crossfire on average and micro-stutter issues are minimal on SLI with GTX700/Titan (unlike AMD).

I'm not aware that AMD has ANYTHING coming that will be as good as what you have now.

Well, what i really mean is... IF 8xxx series comes out equal to or slightly greater then titan performance i will go for it... For a few reasons... AMD is supposedly releasing new drivers that solve all the stuttering issues... B. Probably will be way cheaper then titan, allowing me to re-sell my titans. At this point no one really knows anything for sure about NV 900 series or AMD 8000 series... But i'm watching intently~!

uhhh, where did this quote come from?

He's a brand loyal fan boy who didn't understand why some one with titans would ever look at getting AMD product... I can totally understand that. THOUGH AMD has a major head start on the next generation of gpu's, while NV is busy getting the streaming gaming thing going, + the hand held console + the whole putting gpu's in tablets/laptops is taking there focus off of the enthusiast side of things... Or so people are claiming. Doesn't really matter though, at the end of this month i will have my third titan in. which is more then enough power to not need new gpu's for two years.

Also, video games are getting pretty close to hitting a peak of 2D graphics. Unless companies start programming games to run like shit on cheep product to push sales, i think i'll be good.

back to shadow play. WTB Shadowplay, and want it to not lag my system when im filming like they claim.. Fraps is great, but things get a bit choppy when i try to do 5760x1080 recordings at 60+fps full size.

Not only no lag, it has a ready video compressor depending on what resolution you want to record with. AMD does have a headstart but i doubt it will be MUCH stronger, a 8970 might outperform a titan but just by a bit. Honestly i'd stick with titans if i were you unless if you could profit atleast 200 dollars by selling Titans and getting 8970s. but remember 780 has less than 1% performance difference than titans and a 770 has like only 4 FPS difference in some games.

i had 2 780's f or like 16 hours before the titans.. It's just not that cut and dry "1%" sure, unless you max 3gb vram in 90% of the games you play! Then titans are more like 50% faster.

I know GK110 has a built in piece of hard ware (frame buffer) that allowed shadowplay to come to light, with its lag free video recording(supposedly)
