secondary hard drive doesn't format 2

Now dear community
What would u suggest when i told u that i have the same problem and error messages as explained in :
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/288052-32-secondary-hard-drive-format

Just in my case it is not a backup and not a virtual drive but an actual 235 gb hdd that cannotbe formatted....
I went through the steps as far as to the point where u purchase arconis. I did not think iit would be a good idea to play around with that on top of the problems that i have already.

There is no and was no os installed on that hdd. Pc is running in windows 7 hp. I did a normal format and it went to 80 % and then said it cannot finish formating.

If it is a hardware problem then i guess it is broken and i cant fix it because it has put into 2pcs to check and been analysed by 3 pcs i dont have any fancy repair programms that check such problems and i can not use the cmd disk check because it is RAW now. Nither NTFS nor FAT....
But the thing is.... It at first didnt show at all, but when pluging it out my pc informed me that i should format it. As i could not select it in explorer i just pluged it back in and told it to format.
What happend was, just like in the previos blog, it startet. .... Or tried. .... And then said could not complete, was not able to access... Then i downloaded recuva.... i used it to see what was on the disk as i could not see on it via explorer. On the first run nothing happened. But after doing a deep scan the disk was visable and i found some deleted data on it.
Some system files from some where, amd files log files and so on...
But now the hdd was visable in explorer aswell i could access it and go onto the disk see what was on it. Although it told me it was empty. As expected because the first run from recuva showed me it was empty. But just to be sure i wantet to format it. Hoping the format would fix the problem now that it could actually access the file. But it the format was stopped for some reason and now it tells me to format it again. And now i cant go into that catogory any more

So for a moment it was. .... relatvly fine
My theory is something went wrong during the first format. And now in that space the data is faulty and every time it reaches that sector it stops and doesnt finish
Mabe there is a compatibility problem i am not sure....
