I'm going to build a PC, and I am having trouble trying to figure out which gpu to get. It's either between the MSI TF OC or EVGA superclocked gtx 660 and the EVGA gtx 760. The gtx 660 costs anywhere from $210(EVGA) to $215(MSI), both come with Metro Last Light, $10 MIR, and the MSI card comes with 3Dmark. My other option is should I go with the new EVGA gtx 760 which costs $250 with currently no promotions.
The parts that I have picked as of now total out to $729 w/o the gpu:
Corsair Carbide 300r windowed case
ASUS Z87-A motherboard
Intel i5-4670k processor
8gb (2x4gb) 1600 MHz RAM
Corsair CX600 power supply
Seagate Barracuda 1tb Hard Drive
ASUS 24x optical drive
Windows 7 HP
I would like to have enough left under $1000 to get a cpu cooler, maybe extra case fans, and a little extra for other reasons.

Solution
Personally, I'd go with the 760. It's a much better performer than the 660 :) And the Steam summer sale is coming up so there should be decent deals on games then :p But if you plan on goin EVGA, check their website, because I'm pretty sure they are giving some things away with the new cards. I just got the EVGA 770, and for registering I got a free backplate, 3Dmark advanced, and Primal carnage.

Solution
GTX 760 is the best option available currently.

It retails for around $250 and is around 30% faster than GTX 660 and 5% - 10% faster than GTX 660 Ti (Approx.)
Considering the fact that the prices are almost same for GTX 660 Ti and GTX 760 (760 is slightly cheaper actually) it is the best deal for now.

No problem, and I just checked the site, you do get codes for 3Dmark and Primal Carnage for purchasing a 760 and registering on the website. After you register (If you buy it :p) there is a blue button on the bottom right hand side of the screen that says "promotions" click that and surf the deals, they will have instructions on how to redeem. Good Luck with your new system!
