What's your maximum budget?

What's cheap to one person is not the same as to another, give us a max and min spend then we can tell you what sort of GPU and performance you can expect for the money.

If your running a 1080p TV you may want 2GB on the VRAM so I'd stretch to this one from that list .......

MSI N650-2GD5/OC GeForce GTX 650 2GB 1.07Ghz $108.98

Looks like you can overclock that one as well so get a bit more performance out of it.

It's actually not a bad card for the money and the OC and 2GB RAM will give you a bit more headroom for a 1080p.

I'd go for a HD7750 on that power supply, besides, anything faster is likely to be badly bottlenecked by the CPU.
Do n't bother looking for a 2Gb card, GPUs of this calibre are too slow to take advantage of the extra memory-which is only really useful with AA enabled-and enabling AA is going to badly impact on the framerate.

If you do go for the HD 7750 I would use the extra cash saved to upgrade to a 4GB RAM, 2GB is very close to the mark, too much for my liking.
It would help improve your PC's performance.
