I have a 250W PSU and need a graphics card with at least a shader 3, hoping for at least directx 10 and i have a budget, wondering if anyone can help provide good suggestions, Thanks
dont game too much, but was looking for a decent fps game and they all require shader 3 or directx10, i have a shader 2 and I was hoping to keep the cost down, i know i can get a 400w psu and a SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 5450 1GB 64-bit for around 45 buck all together on newegg but dont know if it is a good enough card

you would just be upgrading your psu for a graphics card that your computer can already handle...but i wouldnt suggest. youd be way better off with the card that madness suggested
I would go for 6670 if possible but the one suggested is fine. Of course you get some nice low-end gaming with both but if you get some more bucks get 7750. Very good card.

Plus can you list your CPU, RAM and mobo?
He said he doesn't do much gaming. Just wants something cheap.
6570 is good (as I said) but its worth to get 7750. Sure depends on exactly which game he will play.
