So what I want to do is put Amd Radeon HD 7520g in the Inspiron and put Intel HD Graphics Family in Hp Pavilion. So I just switch them. Can I do that?
Also on the processors, is the Inspirons better? Well that's about it, I don't want to put games on the labtop cause its for work (my parents) and the desktop well it stays in one spot and I have a lot of games on the desktop.

I just discovered like 2 weeks ago that I'm playing games in horrible standards, I'm below minimum requirements but, the games were just too good, but now I can't really play games with this in my mind, its like eating a fine meal really quick, I mean its good but it was meant to sit back and eat nice and slow...the way it was meant, I hope you get me. So please help and thanks! Ask anything and I'm pretty new to this.

Ok, so check this out: http://en.community.dell.com/dell-groups/gaming/f/3339/t/19423666.aspx

Can I do this to the Inspiron, put: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00966IU4M/ref=asc_df_B00966IU4M2562473?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&tag=msnshopping-20&linkCode=asn&creative=395093&creativeASIN=B00966IU4M

And would I need this? http://www.rakuten.com/prod/cool-power-performance-cp-p600-600w-20-4-pin-atx-power-supply-w-sata/221412163.html?listingId=289300621

Yes if your going to drop a new graphics card into the dell you will want to upgrade the PSU, just make sure the form factor is the same and will fit. I also highly recommend upgrading the RAM on the machine, 2GB is just not enough these days. Bare minimum go with 4GB but I highly recommend 8GB if your going to be running games. If it's DDR3 ram it is fairly inexpensive.
