Will this card fit in this mobo

Solution
That would work without any performance loss at all. Most cards out there are not even able to use PCIE 2.0 x 16 to its max capacity.

PCIE 3.0 is just like USB 3.0. It is totally backwards compatible.

Go for it. Everything would be fine.

I see you like Radeon Graphics luckiest charm, If im spending less then 420$ for the best quality gaming graphics card on the market what would you recommend, i have a 900W psu so thats ok

Get Sapphire Radeon HD 7970 - Costs around $300

Now that card is superior to GTX 770 due to the following reasons -

1) The difference between both cards is very low and is not noticeable (Around 5% difference) but 7970 costs 25% less money.
2) 7970 comes with 4 free games worth $160 (Never Settle Bundle) which makes thing even sweeter.

I would recommend you to go for 7970 instead of GTX 770 in this case. That is a much better deal due to a very high price - performance ratio along with exciting free stuff.

Go for it.
