Hello all, I'm going to university and I'll be taking computer science :). The thing is, I'll have my desktop to game on for most of the time - but for when I'm back at home or at a friends I need something to use for games such as WoW, battlefield, LoL, crysis, arma, some editting, etc.. oh and studying and whatnot.

Any who, my budget is around $600 CANADIAN. I need help deciding on what I should buy, or if I should wait for deals on good laptops if they come around often.

So far I need to find a Canadian sold version of: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834312434&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=6146836&SID=jz7iu6tgx56i

I was also thinking maybe: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834231018CVF

I realize that integrated cards are pretty bad. But they're also common for this price of a laptop. If there are any dedicated cards for my price range that would be nice.

ANY help is appreciated!

Thanks a ton :)

The lenovo should perform better in games but I think your going to have a hard time playing battlefield, arma, and crysis on it. If you want to play those games smoothly you are going to want a "Gaming" laptop, which doesn't work in your budget. When I was in college I brought my main rig with me back home over the summer and christmas breaks.

Might be to snag this one, which would be able to steam roll lol, and handle wow at medium id bet
http://www.gaminglaptopsjunky.com/gaming-laptops-under-600/,again slightly over budget but still may be worth a look
