Hi,
I am building a computer that will be watercooled, have an external 1080 rad with 4 180 fans on it and use two pumps to get to and from my computer.
Firstly, the PSU question; I'm like a recommendation as to what power of PSU I will require to run my system. (I have no clue as to what will dictate the power required so here's a nice big list of what will go into the computer.) MSI Z87-G45 board with a i5 4670k. Couple of decent GPUs, two 1TB HDDs and a dvd burner. Not sure how the two pumps and 4 fans will go to the psu but yeah, they're included too. So could someone reccomend a rough idea of what power I'd need?
Second question; For this 1080 radiator, I'd like a fan controller because it will be sat next to a window and if I can just leave it as a passive cooler in the winter, I'd like to, so is it possible to get a fan controller that can just turn them off and also control the speed?
My final question is with a watercooled build, will I still need an exhaust fan or two just to get rid of any extra heat?
Thanks in advance.

That link you gave me is very bugged. I can't even select a socket type for a processor. What are seasonic units? Is there anything I should look out for with the low power area
