Recommend me a fan controller

Hi guys, I need a new fan controller. A lot of people say that the Lamptron ones are the best because they have a constant voltage and fans dont make strange noise. But since I cant get a Lamptron one, I would be really grateful if you recommend me some other ones. I will be buying from this site : http://www.aquatuning.de/index.php/cPath/47_463

I read some good things about the scythe kaze master. The specifications say that i can support up to 1A per channel. Does that mean that i can put multiple corsair SP quiet fans which are rated at 0.08
