Hello, Im sitting here with roughly 25 fps in Arma II, It varies from 15-25 fps while playing. It doesn't really matter which settings I am on, same bad fps. My brother whoes running nearly exact system as me except the GPU is having around 30-70 FPS on the same settings.
My brother is running a GTX 560ti.
My setup:
GPU: Gtx 590 (stock)
CPU: AMD 1090T (stock)
RAM: 8gb 1333Mhz (stock)
HDD: 1.5TB
I've tried around 10 different drivers and tried without Multi-GPU(sli) without any luck.
The GPU usage is around 25-30% and peaks at 50% sometimes while playing with Multi-gpu off.
