Using a 1080p tv what is the best gtx 660
So I have a 1080p tv that I use for pc gaming I'm building a pc and I would like to know what is the best possible gtx 660 for my 1080p tv. I know that they have options for a 3gb instead of a 2gb. Also have a 256bit rather than a 192bit. So for the 1080p tv what is the best. Bu reasonable price. Thanks this is my first build.

You'll only need 2GB of Vram in most situations at 1080p. I'd look into something like this though: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161411
A 7870 will perform a bit better, especially when MSAA is being used due to the higher memory BUS. If not, this 660 is pretty good: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125443
If you could stretch your budget a bit a GTX 760 would be even stronger...
I'm a graphic nut. I don't like games unless I can max them out. LOL That said, if your budget is capable the GTX 760 would be my suggestion. You'll enjoy higher graphic settings and smoother play @ 1080p with that card. That said, the 660 or 7870 are not bad options at a lower price.
AMD cards have advantages with certain games. nVidia cards have advantages with other games. So comparable cards can play out either way.
As mclovits already mentioned, 2GB is plenty for 1080p.

If you see yourself using the in game $ then that may be the way to go, but a 760 is decently faster than even a 660Ti, roughly 12 fps higher than a GTX 660: http://kotaku.com/the-gainward-nvidia-gtx-760-benchmarked-and-reviewed-576675407 (scroll down)

Since the money is for free to play games (which are fun, don't get me wrong) I'd get the new hardware (760) and purchase any in game content with my own money in the future if I felt I needed it.
If you play those games, and plan to spend money within the game, then it might be worth something.
Those games are free to play. They use "micro transactions" to make their money. So the reality is they aren't actually GIVING you anything. They're "giving" you fake money to buy fake in game content to get you hooked so you'll spend real money on fake in game stuff.
All about personal opinion. But I'd rather have the better card (760) than fake money for games I won't play anyhow.
