sp-750p psu - fan not moving

Hi, I bought a sp-750p psu to power my rig and all went fine, but the fan won't even move...

After powering my rig (I notice it), I decided to shut it down in less than a minute...


Is this ok?, is this an smart fan?, shouldn't the fan start at least at a very low speed...

Any suggestion would be helpful

It is perfectly fine that the fan does not spin. Since it is a high wattage, and 80+ certified, you are likely not putting enough load on it for it to get too hot, thus the fan does not spin. I own the corsair hx850, and it does not spin unless i am benchmarking or gaming for a long time.
