Haswell is the way to go, ivy bridge is old
2 gtx 660 ti are stronger then 1 gtx 770, but sli can have problems(drivers ect.), you have to replace both cards to upgrade.
With 1 gtx 770 you have less problems and if you need an upgrade you just add another one.
Note: 1 gtx 770 is plenty for 1080p.

However your build isnt good.

If you arent too worried about efficiency you can get a 850W power supply (silver rated) from XFX, which is also cheaper:

Its not overkill if its cheaper than the 750W stuff.
