I recently installed my replacement 7970 and now after playing Crysis 3 for roughly 5 minutes the game crashes and I get a BSOD that tells me to disable the BIOS memory options such as caching and shadowing and that I should remove any newly installed hardware. It then reads out a bunch of errors beginning with 0x00000. Then after I thought it might have been only Crysis I played Tomb Raider for an hour or so and then it read out multiple errors saying "The instruction at 0x0000006F19743 referenced memory at 0x0000006F19743. The required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error status of 0xc000000e." Literally every program I had running, skype, steam, windows media player, all had similar messages and then my computer shut down and restarted. Help?!?!?!

Ironically enough after I posted this it decided to run fine. Now I got back into Skyrim and it will consistently give me the same errors that I experienced with Crysis. I assumed as you did that it was a memory problem but after running memtest86 it found not a single thing. I'm at a loss as to what to do.
Update: Skyrim will either crash to desktop and every single program that I may have had running in background (skype, catalyst, itunes, etc) will stop responding and the computer will inevitably give me a BSOD every single time. OR the card will just stop working and the screen will get blocked up forcing a restart. It's not the games because I verified every game I own. I updated the NET framework but to no avail. I updated Virtu, I updated the AMD drivers, nothing is working and this is a very very annoying issue.
