I am considering the nzxt phantom 410 case. I am buying a h100i cpu cooler and I would like to invest in some blue led fans.

Should I replace the stock fans that come with the case?
What kind of fans should I buy?
What kind of fan controller would I need, or would the one the comes with the case be enough?
