Can this graphics card fit in my case?

The case i have is the Raidmax Aeolus and i was wondering if the Gigabyte Geforce GTX 760 REV 2.0 graphics card will fit in this case?
I also want to put a 120mm fan on the side panel but, again im not sure if the card fits my case.
(This my first build btw so, im still a noob when it comes to this stuff.)

Depending on the design of the mounting bracket, it may or may not allow a fan to interfere with you graphics card, from the picture of the side panel, it looks really close to the graphics card and I would just move the fan elsewhere, do not worry as it will be a minor inconvenience and will not really cause anything bad (maybe 1C temp increase).

how about the side panel where i will be putting a fan? i've also been wondering about that because the way the shroud is designed on the Gigabyte GTX 760 REV 2.0 graphics cards looks like it will interfere with my side panel case fan.
