I have a Seasonic S12 380 watt PSU. Can it handle a HD 4870 or GTX 550 ti?

I actually would like to buy a GTX 550 ti but they're hard to find in Denmark. Whereas HD 4870s are aplenty (but consume more power
). My PC has AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ 2300 MHz & 4 GB DDR2-667 RAM. I use a shameful GeForce 7600GS card
