i've ordered almost 10 PC in parts from them and all parts was in really good shape and in working condition (no DOA from NCIX but 2 from Newegg in the last year...)
They also have good shipping price (at least for Canada)
I'm in Canada so i don't know if they offer the same quality of services in US but i expect them to be really good...

I just bought my computer from there, its exactly like new egg, the only difference is that you can have them build it for you! You can even just have them ship all the parts in a big box to you, brand new out of the box and will replace any faulty items. I like them so far
