Hi,

Those two are different types. DDR3 is for RAM memory. The DDR4 is yet arrive, let alone for DDR5. The DDR5 term usually refers to the Graphic Card Memory. Yes, you can install GDDR5 with your compliant PCI slot.

There is no DDR5 for motherboards...only videocard ram. DDR3 is for motherboards. You can't mix even if you wanted to
