i buyed new PC 3 days ago and i have these specs:
CPU-i5-3470
PSU-VS-550w
GPU-ZOTAC GTX 650Ti
M.B-GA-B75M-D3H
RAM-CORSAIT VENG.8GB
HDD-WD 1TB(green)
OS-win 8 64 bits

when my computer is running after few mins sometimes computer shuts down automatically and won't start for few mins.i dont know what is the problem.

My guess: when i install motherboard drivers i also got norton internet security in driver free for 90 days(3 months) and its taking usage of 27+27(i mean norton is running 2 process one is 27% and second is 27% cpu usage also) may be this is the prob.

nah..norton isn't an issue. If u think that norton is a issue, have u tried uninstalling it? does the problem persists? I think the problem persists.
the psu is bad but it's sufficent for a gtx650ti. Have u plugged in the 6-pin pci-e connector properly? is the cpu connector pluged in well? have u plugged well all the connectors of the mobo? does the pc crashes while gaming, or simply at idle state? Tried updating bios? clearing CMOS?

I wonder why everyone says the PSU is bad? I certainly can't say that without knowing the brand.

It looks like this is a home built system. CPU heat would be the obvious first choice.

The only VS 550W I know of is a Corsair model, made by CWT and sold (I think) exclusively in Europe.
