Code 45 in Device Manager

So I have a code 45, saying my phone isn't connected.
but It is, my phone is connecting in iTunes but just not in my computer I go into device manager and that is were it tells me I have a code 45 and that it isn't connecting, can someone please help me how to fix this?

thankyou that fixed my code 10 error!
but now it says I have a code 45 and that my phone isn't connected but it is? and my phone is showing in iTunes?
do you have any idea how to fix that?

I have an iphone 3GS nd Windows 8
I read somewhere to uninstall the apple iphone in Device Manager and to replug in the phone to let the computer recognise the phone again and let it automatically reinstall it but that isn't happening either
