Graphics Card Recommendation Upgrade

I'm looking for a Graphics Card and PSU around at around $400 or so total.
A friend of mine recommended Nvidia Geforce GTX 660ti, however I'm too sure on such.

Anyways, here are my PC specs. Since I'm not that knowledgeable about what parts I exactly have, I'll just link the page.

the best gpu u can get with that budet and the psu is also a quality one

I have to agree with I89 on the psu but as far as the card get a GTX770 as it has higher performance and more features than a 7970.

there is a price difference of 80$ between gtx 770 and hd 7970 and hd 7970 comes with 4 free games and overclocks way better than gtx 770 so hd 7970 is the more sensible buy

gtx 760 is a good card but it is not as good as hd 7970 go for hd 7970 unless budget is a problem

760 will tie the normal 7970 in most games if oced and I do think the ghz 7970 and 770 are the same price..........and the 770 is better in almost all games by a few frames plus has adaptive vsinc, temp based auto OCing, physx and way better 3d if you want that sort of thing.

Well.. I've ran into a problem here.. I'm unable to buy anything online. But, I went Fry's Electronics (which I'm basically limited to) and found the 3 good cards i could see.(I didn't see any one of the Radeon HD 7900s or gtx 700s)

The three I found were:

However I'm not entirely sure on that, as I forgot what amount of watts I needed and if that one would be okay.

that psu will work nicely and the 670 is only slightly better than the 760
