my ssd capacity looks 20gb lower

i have corsair force 3 gt 120gb ssd. total capacity looks 111gb, 34gb of total is used.

111-34=77gb but it says 58 gb is empty. what about other 20gb?

Probably the space is taken by windows update backup files, hibernation, error memory dump files, temporary internet files etc.........

Open My Computer under tools tab go to folder option--> view tab--> check "show hidden folders...."--> uncheck "hide protected operating system files" than calculate.

Run it.
