CORSAIR 8GB Vengeance Low Profile DDR3 1600MHz CL9 KIT (CML8GX3M2A1600C9)
XFX FX-787A-CDFC HD7870 2GB GDDR5 PCIE
WD 2TB Caviar Green 5400rpm 64MB SATA3 (WD20EZRX)
ASUS DRW-24B5ST
NZXT Phantom 410 Black
CORSAIR Hydro Series H100i

Hi - For a system with an hd7870 realhardtechx suggests a quality 500w
PSU. Altho not necessary you might want to get a 550w unit.

You didn't specify your budget or location. I'll recommend a few for you
to consider. Any of these will be good for your system:

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb9 nets to $40 with promo & mir

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/pc-power--cooling-power-supply-ppcmk3s500 nets to $48

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seasonic-power-supply-m12ii520bronze nets to $80 - modular

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182262 nets to $72 modular gold

Hello
Well 3rd & 4th psu is not available here(Hungary). At least in the shop where I will buy all parts of the build.
The list of manufacturers available:
ACME/AEROCOOL/AKYGA/ANTEC/APPROX/ARCTIC COOLING/
BE QUIET!/CHICONY/CHIEFTEC/CODEGEN/COOLERMASTER/COOLINK/CORSAIR/ENERGON/ENERMAX/
EUROCASE/EVGA/FRACTAL DESIGN/FSP/GEMBIRD/GIGABYTE/HKC/I-TEC/IBOX/KOLINK/LCPOWER/LOGIC/
M-TECH/MODE COM/N-BASE/NJOY/OCZ/QOLTEC/RPC/SEASONIC/SHARKOON/SHUTTLE/SPIRE/SWEEX/
TACENS/TAKE ME/THERMALTAKE/THORTECH/TRACER/ULTRON/WHITENERGY/XILENCE

My budget for a PSU is max 70$.

Im confused atm, "30W 3-step fan control for setting up your system for silence or performance" this is a feature of the case I want to buy. Do a 500/550W PSU can handle 4-6(maybe 8) fans through that 30W control stuff ?
Do overclocking has a major effect on power consumption ? (sorry but I know nothing about good power supply units & fans, and will overclock 1st time if I get this build).

Hi - Yes a good quality 500 or 550w PSU will support your system with a lot of fans
and OC. Fans draw very little power so the fan control unit with your case is fine.
Of the list of mfg's available where you are, I suggest you look for a PSU with:
Antec, Corsair, Enermax, OCZ, and Seasonic. Be Quiet! might be OK, but not familiar with them.
