So I got a used HD 5770 from a friend for free and I am thinking if I should build a computer are around it maybe. Never had one...
The card has dust in it and crappy old thermal paste which I will take care of.

So now I have like 400 euros to buy the mobo PSU CPU case and what else.

Do you think it will even be worth it? My gaming needs are simple, Dota 2 and SC2 should run on decent graphics with near 50 or 60 fps.

Allright. I dont need stuff to run on ultra yes but just good. Currently I have to play them on my laptop with min graphics and they stull run on 30 fps heh...

But what kind of a CPU would you suggest for it? I was thinking of a Intel Core i5-3470 but maybe I should buy a cheaper one? Would like the GPU to not really bottleneck but the CPU to be a bit more powerful so that if I can get more money and I feel the need for it, I could buy another card next to the 5770 and the PC would stil be balanced.

Ok so I am thinking now to go like this:

Cpu: Intel Core i5 4570
Mobo: GIGABYTE GA-B85M-D3H
GPU: My radeon HD 5770
PSU: ???
Case.. For now I think I will just install it in my old case and leave it open till I get money to buy a good casing.

So yes... Do you think the mobo is overkill? I did not find a cheaper one for 4th gen CPU tough in the store we have here...
And PSU, I am not really good at this now. I know what brands to look for but I dont know what Watts to look for. Any advice about that?
Rest of the stuff.. RAM HDD and so on will not be a problem probably.

Don't...

Allright so you are saying that the PSU you provided just takes a bit more electricity but otherwize is ok?

But overally my build I think would be like this then:
CPU: http://arvutikeskus.ee/est/TOOTEKATALOOG/ARVUTIKOMPONENDID-Protsessorid-CPU30/Intel-Core-i5-4570-6M-Cache-up-to-360-GHz-BOX-BX80646I54570-212703

RAM: http://arvutikeskus.ee/est/TOOTEKATALOOG/ARVUTIKOMPONENDID-Malud-lauaarvutile-DDR3-malud-lauaarvutile165/Crucial-8GB-kit-4GBx2-DDR3-Ballistix-Sport-UDIMM-240pin-1600-MT-s-PC3-12800-CL9-15V-141078

MOBO: http://www.arvutikeskus.ee/est/TOOTEKATALOOG/ARVUTIKOMPONENDID-Emaplaadid-LGA-1150-emaplaadid/212633

PSU: One of thoes SeaSonic ones

HDD/SSD: Will buy later this summer. Going to get along with my 86GB SATA currently :D

CASE: Will buy later this summer, going to install it all in a old case currently ..

It look good to me, CPU seems pretty nice, its a new gen one and has some horsepower. And also I can add another better GPU later when I want now. Would just like to know if thoes PSUs would support like having that 5770 and a 7970 at the same time on the mobo? With that crossfire function.
