My external hard drive hasn't been working properly lately.
I've tried this on two different PCs, with the same results. One PC had W8 and the other XP.
When I connect it, Windows doesn't recognise it. I open the "Computer" tab in Windows explorer, but it shows the green loading bar at the top at it gets stuck at about 95%. Then explorer just freezes. This has also made it impossible to format.
What should I do?
