Adding extra case fan pins

I want to add additional case fans but my motherboard has no extra slots. I have seen on threads people talking about using a cable and attaching it directly to the psu. What cable is this, link as well from a UK website.

Hi
Plug it into one of the fan sockets on the motherboard then plug one fan into each of the y cables.It basically allows multiple fans to be plugged into one motherboard output.
