system has been up and good for years... I had a Thermaltake 750W PSU, Intel i5 2500k, ASRock P67 Extreme4 Gen3, 60gb SSD / 4tb Raid 0 hd setup, GTX 680, 8gb RAM system. Nothing too exotic. Yesterday I powered the computer down to remove the GPU to be replaced with a gtx 770. When I returned and installed the 770 the fans started and promptly turned off, and has not done anything since.

I have already checked and rechecked the connections on the m/b also, have been trying to startup using the on-board power button. But still got nothing. No lights on the m/b and yes I've already checked to make sure i'm using a good plug.

I have already removed the new gpu and have attempted startup without it. Still nothing. I have also re-seated the plug that goes to the m/b and cpu. I don't have a way to test my power supply or m/b other than replacing to see what works.

I'm at the end of my wits.... I'm thinking it's the power supply. But some insight would be great.

Sounds like dead power supply to me. Don't buy Thermaltake crap, but something good like Antec, Corsair, XFX, FSP, etc.

Most good power supplies have a 5yr warranty.

Make sure it's at least 80+ Bronze rated. If it can't meet that basic rating it's no good.
