To be able to play on the newest AAA games on high settings, you would need to upgrade your processor along with your graphics card, which can be costly. I recommend looking into getting an Alienware gaming desktop.

To be honest i have a worse computer than that:
AMD E-300 APU with Radeon HD Graphics (2 core 1.3Ghz) 2Gb RAM also a AMD Radeon 6310 Graphics

I have 62 games in my game folder that play well and some are higher graphics at least to me (NOT others) my computer

Left 4 dead 2, Team Fortress 2, Minecraft, Goat Simulator Diablo III, Hearthstone, Visceras cleanup detail, and Sim City 5. I play each of those games without lag except Goat simulator!
(you have my brothers computer so i know what im talking about) Is it a toshiba laptop?

AVOID any of these low end units with the AMD E-300, AMD E-1, and such processors. Besides being miserable and slow, they are generally made cheap to be sold at a cheap price so they won't last long. I work on computers and get several of these in per week.

Remember you aren't saving money by buying a computer where you also buy milk, eggs, bug spray, and toilet paper. Rent to own places are also notorious for selling junky computers like these at a high price.

You upgrade the parts in the computer by buying them at stores - like Fyr's Electronic. For instance, to upgrade the processor you have now, you would have to go to the store and look for processor's with better specs than the one you have. For example, the Intel 4770K Processor is far more superior to the one you currently have, because it runs at a high computing (ghz) rate and is quad-core, while the e-300 AMD HD Graphics Processor is single core. With the current processor you have now, I would play games on low graphics, or just focus on flash games.

I have the same computer, the game i recommend to you is Mount & Blade Warband, it runs magnificently, but it gets choppy on highest graphics if youre in a battle of maybe 100 men. Ive put alot of hours into the game, its amazing. Other games i recommend are Red Faction, Lugaru, Toribash, Quake Live, Soldier of Fortune I & II, Zafehouse Diaries, Wizardry 8, Sniper Elite, Mafia the City of Lost Heaven and believe it or not Sniper Elite V2 runs pretty good on lowered settings.
