Looking for a new motherboard for
INTEL CORE 2 DUO PROCESSOR E7300.
I know it will be hard to Find a good one but still any suggestion is appreciated.

You could scavenge E-Bay for one that i use for my q6600 http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/RAMPAGE_FORMULA/
Been on 24/7 for 5 years now, just ordered a new rig with Haswell
Socket 775, i believe that is what you have

A good one? Since this is a very old CPU, you could also get an average one and it will work too. ;)

But ebay seems like the place to go. Of course it will probably be used, it will be very hard to find a new one.
