Is the CX Series good ENOUGH for me?

Hi, I am going to be building a gaming PC in a few months.
The estimated specs:

i5 quad (maybe i7) haswell
b85 asus
1tb seagate
HD 7950/GTX670

I am looking at the CX600M/CX750M to power it. I know it's not a great PSU but will it be sufficient for my needs? I expect it to last 5-6 years, maybe a little more? I just hope it wont fail under load or explode etc....

Thanks.

The Corsair CX line is a very reliable line of PSU's. I had a CX430 in my i3 and went to a CX600 when I swapped out to AMD. Great power supplies and a great price especially for the 80+ Bronze rating.

OK for a budget build intended to run at stock or slightly higher, I wouldn't use it in what Id call an "enthusiast's" build

1st tier Corsair HX/AX, Sesonic X, Antec CP
2nd tier Corsair TX (skip the ones w/ M suffix), XFX Core Edition, NZXT Hale, Antec HCP/HCG

I have this one as i wait for the new box HX650W. That one was made in 2008, i have checked all stats on it manually as i'm an it/electronics graduate. Offset is extremely low from promised specs. I do trust Corsair, there a re a lot of shitty psu providers out there

Thanks for all of your replies, I will try to get a TX650M (This will be my first build and I think Modular is easier and the way to go), or I could go for a M12II 620W. But about the CX600M how long do you think it would last me with a GPU like a 7950, I use my PC a lot and I want at least five years really.

Thanks!

Thanks, ill try to squeeze in something a little better, maybe a TX650M or most likely a M12II 620W.
