What are these two wires suppose to do?

Note the motherboard is a
Brand: Gigabyte
Model: ga-ep45-ud3l
Also the power supply is 250 watts
and the computer is is Antec and model is antec plusview 1000amg

Specs:
It attached to the
Power LED - Is 3 pin and is green and black.
HDD - Is 2 pin and is red and black.

extra wires with HDD, Power LED.
1 is 2 pin and is red and black
2 is 2 pin and is red and black

Where are you suppose to connect these two wires to the motherboard?

The power led wire lights up your power on light in the front of the case. The HDD wire shows the blinking led on the front of your case when the hard drive is active.

Can you post a picture of what you are talking about? You have me confused.

From your front panel, there should be a power switch lead (may be a 2 pin jack or two separate wires), a reset switch lead (may be a 2 pin jack or two separate wires), a hdd activity light (led+ and led- leads) and a hard drive light (led+ and led- leads).

Look at the names on the connectors again.
