I may have listed the above twice by mistake.
I was looking at this system built by a site in the uk
this is another deal they have is this a good system for the price?

The first listing of the 4670K in your first post was probably just the name or description of the bundle.
I'm not that familiar with prices in the UK, but I tried putting together a matching system via pcpartpicker uk, and it looks like the price is good. However, Cooler Master isn't a reliable brand for power supplies. Here's the list I go by:
http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx
For your intended usage, I'd hesitate to recommend an i7-4770K over a i5-4670K, because only certain tasks like video editing (but not photo editing afaik) benefit significantly from the hyperthreading, but as part of a bundle, it might be okay.
The other parts look like good choices to me, but you might want to add a graphics card and an aftermarket cpu cooler. I don't know whether you already have an OS and peripherals.
Also, are you in the UK? If not, there are additional things to consider: 1. international shipping costs, 2. import taxes, 3. different AC power plugs.

No , i'm not in the uk but the price didnt look to bad.
I'm in the usa and came across this site in search of putting a system together. Can you suggest a good system similar to the parts listed and what it would run in the usa?

How about this for a starting point:

Unlike the combos you were looking at, this is a complete system except for OS and peripherals (for comparison, the price currently converts to £570.10, which is less than the UK combo you listed above, because you'd be paying the "inc. VAT" price). A few questions that might help me tweak it:
1. Do you have a budget for this?
2. Are you planning to overclock?
3. Are you interested in a multiple-video-card setup?
4. What resolution and detail level do you plan to use when gaming?

Budget: I dont want to go to the extreme
Overclocking: Reviews say overclocking is quicker-true?
Multiple-video card: If needed I would go this route.
Resolution/level: Around 1680 or a it lower if need be.
I will need a New Monitor
Keyboard, Mouse,Speakers I have
I have the Windows 8 64bit software
One of my concerns is building a system that will handle a lot of photos and the software for photo editing as this files take up a lot. I am using Corel and Photo Editing software quite a bit.
I dont game a whole lot but my nephew has me into games like Halo, Need for Speed etc.

Overclocking is quicker at some tasks, but has some risks. If you're not sure you want to overclock, I'd advise against it. You can probably search for various lists of pros and cons of overclocking. I don't think multiple video cards would be a benefit for your described usage scenario. For photo editing, I figure a large (at least 1920x1200, but you can run games at lower resolutions and medium to high quality) ips (for color quality) monitor would be best, and you'll want plenty of RAM and disk space, so here's my updated suggestion:
