my question is i have amd radeon hd 6670 2gb ddr3 bought it 1 months ago my gta iv game was not running on high settings well between 15-20 fps everywhere was lag my cpu is core 2 due 2.8 ghz ddr2 ram 2gb and a ddr2 &ddr3 supported gigabyte motherboard but my friend just recently bought a second hand hd 5450 ddr3 1gb with 2gb ram and atom processor i dont know whats happening but in his system gta iv runs on ultra at arround 42 fps whats the matter my pc isnt so bad what should i do

GTAIV is very cpu intensive and is NOT coded well for pc gaming. Combine that with your entry level gpu and trying to run at high settings and it is not surprising that your fps are low.

Run the game on lower settings and resolutions or upgrade both your cpu and gpu. What you have is NOT capable of gaming at high settings.

u know iknow this too but have u read my full question i m telling u the truth and their is also a matter i run battlefield 3 on high settings i really get 40+ fps its the truth theres no lag only lag is on ultr less than 20 and suprisingly my friends pc cant run it on medium too but why on gta iv he is having smooth gameplay why
