Hi I recently purchased my first gaming system with Haswell I7K overclocked to 4.6 ghz along with 16 gb ram and gtx 780 with the latest 320 firmware.
My question is when i play Tomb Raider and Skyrim on maxed out settings fraps shows the fps on both games are locked at 50 fps. In the benchmarks both games can run considerably higher with the 780 at 1080p.
I am using a Panasonic plasma VT30 tv which was the flagship model a few years ago.
Is there any thing I can do or am doing wrong?
