Hi all, i assembled my new high-end pc. There is one thing i cant figure out wat realy the problem is. Maybe U can help me.
The problem is that the system resets with no warning or error message. No Blue screen, no message of windows that the system has recoverd from an error.
The pc fals out and then boots up again (on its own). The thing i am doing at the time varies from internet, playing music, copying files ,playing games... I've noticed when i'm playing games the chance that the system resets is very likely.
But the system resets also when on idle (only windows running, nothing else)
but it takes longer before he dus. Between 1h and 4-5h.
When playing games he resets at loading and starting of a mission/race.
Like Dirt3 for example. First de system resets at loading the game itself. Then i installed the latest Ageia Physx (9.12.1031) then the game loads i can adjust my grafic settings, use the benchemarck tool. Al ok. Then i want to drive a race and "tada" the system resets. I have checked my ram, installed the latesd drivers and windows updates. Updated to the latesd bios. Bios is set on optimized defaults.
Nothing is overclocked. I've calculated the psu, on 100% it uses about 800w.
Nothing seems to help. Is there someone that can help me with this problem please? How can i know if the grafic card is faulty?
If u need more information or file's, please feel free to ask.
