Hey there people, I think I'm gonna be on the lookout for a new gaming mouse soon. Care to help me narrow it down a bit?

I currently use the Logitech G700 wireless mouse, I love it's feel and size but it seems the mouse button switches are on their way out since when playing Civ V last night it kept double and triple clicking everything, and its doing so again tonight.

I'm using my old trusty G500 at the moment, but I'm already missing the feeling of my G700. :(

I realize that there are new "S" versions of the Logitech mice out now but I was wondering what people's thoughts are on some the newer brands on the market and how they feel.

Some things I to keep in mind when recommending:
I not that fussy about the price, but keep it reasonable.
Wireless is not a must have, its nice but not essential.
The Naga was WAAAAYYY too small for my hands (I sent it back for that reason), while the G700 is just fine so that should give you an idea what kind of size my hands are.

Thoughts?

Roccat Kova+

An absolutely sterling example of a gaming mouse, even on a budget.

Also, there's no such thing as a wireless gaming mouse. Gaming mice are wired for a reason. :p
- Any "gaming" mouse that is wireless is not a true gaming mouse. Even though the G700 is "wireless", it retained wired capability because that's what gamers demand.

If you really want the option of wireless, the G700 is the only solution imho.

Hmm, seems to be plenty of complaints about that mouse going dead after a couple of month, also its a tad too flat for my taste, my G500 is flat compared to my G700.

I like my G700's higher arched back, comparison images to show you what I mean.

I also totally get the thing about wireless mice, I got the G700 because of how it felt and for its size.
Being wireless it totally secondary.

I didn't mean that my G500 has gone dead, thats never actually happened to me before. I just want a mouse that will last.
Also my mice are both totally out of Warranty, I'm happy to buy something new since my mice get get tons of use every day.
Edited post to reflect what I mean better. :)
