Will Dell OptiPlex GX620 MT run Grand Theft Auto IV Complete edition?

My computer is running the following-
Intel Pentium 4 HT 3.4 GHz (3.8 GHz while hyper threading on)
ATI Radeon HD 5450 1 GB
2.5 GB ram
30 GB free

I would like to know if this computer can run Grand Theft Auto IV Complete Edition.

Nope. Time to replace that dinosaur and move on. The processor is really old and weak. Also, the GPU is made for displaying videos, not playing games. My verdict: Save up and build a 400$-500$ PC.

Well the reason why I am asking is because I can Play Battlefield 3 and I can play Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3. So do you still think i can't run it?

GTA 4 is poorly optimized. Looking at it, people with better GPU's and the same CPU experience major lag at 800x600 at the lowest settings. Even a Core 2 series CPU will have trouble.
