Hey I jsut built my own computer with a 7970 and a FX 8320. Yet I get this thing where the games I play and the videos I watch kind of "tear"
But no like the way where you would tell me to turn off V Sync, I tried that in Fallout New Vegas and this issue kept occurring.
It looks just like when you move your mouse across your screen fast and you see 7-9 different mice at the same time, but in videos and games it´s usually only 2-3 versions of the same thing. And like the mouse it only happens when stuff moves.
I hope I have been descriptive enough to indicate the issue and hope fully get a reply that can help resolve the issue. As always, your help is appreciated.
