i want to buy the deep cool ice edge mini FS,and in review on youtube, it says, it has pre-applied thermal paste? how is it work?
should i need to put thermal paste anyway? or let that pre applied thermal?
2. and since im not overclocker, is it worth to buy aftermarket cooler? or let my stock cpu?
