Reboot and select proper boot device

Just finished my build, and when I click power on it shows Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press any key. All the things are new except my dvd drive. That's the first thing that showed up when I powered it up. What do i do?

Restart, go into the BIOS, and change the boot order.
Select the DVD as the first item.
Insert your install disk (Windows or Linux) and restart.
