mother board didnt detect nvidia gtx 660

i bought the gtx 660 from two days its works fine in the gigabyte g41mt but when i bought the new motherbord h61mt-s2vp and pluged in the gtx didnt show in thing in monitor until i plug the integral graphic i have a good psu 550 watt nd cpu i3 2100 and 8 g ram
when i enter the windows and plug the gtx didnt not also detected in windows only the the integral graphic
i updated the bios and put it to work from "peg" option but didnt work either
plzzzzz help me guys and thanks "sorry for rip english"

Check the cable connecting to the graphic card and your PSU .. it might solve the problem.

yes i chekd but already but didnt work i even changed another powerfull psu and same problme

yes i checked alrready every thing is set and ready i bought many video cards and pluged it without problme but this gtx 660 wont work with the new motherboard i even, chnged the psu powerfull then the old but no use :'( help me plz

If its new just go and replace your GFX card , don't make it worse . And call a technician if its possible that would not just solve the problem it will give you full satisfaction. Hope it'll help:)

Or may be it might be the faulty motherboard. Hmm check that too.
